Cert update process for web application

I have received cert with PFX form and password for the SharePoint web application (IIS site)

Could you please provide me the high level steps to update in IIS. I followed multiple docs but not clear from where to start as soon as I receive this cert(PFX format ) and password. these 2 things are ready now in my server.
- Do we need to do in all SharePoint servers? Please confirm

- Depends, if these are web-servers with a common dns name then yes. Repeat the steps and select the certificate in the IIS website.

- how to store certificate in certificate store after i received from PFX. Please share the screenshots
- suppose I have abc.com web application and xyz.com web application in SHarePoint web application list. can I update cert of abc.com in the xyz.com IIS site while binding? will it work?
- How to verify whether web servers have common DNS name or not? we have 2 web front end servers ? what steps you want me to repeat.
