How can I create a digital certificate/electronic signature for users in SharePoint Server 2019

Greetings,

I have developed forms for use on my SharePoint 2019 communications site however leadership would like to add in a digital certificate similar to Adobe. Is there currently a way to create one for users of our site to utilize? Ideally, we'd like to have it mapped to our active directory and have our forms pull user individual certificates.
