Workflow approval failled error

Question

We have OOB workflow which is approval workflow.

we selected the item--> 3 dots --> workflows --> clicked on "inprogress' and there I see approval failed after editing the task list and approved. so we saw approval error

I noticed following workflow history list pertaining this instance: Please suggest what could be the issue and what we can do. thank you.

According to the description in the information, this may be because the current account does not have permission to this flow. You can follow his steps and click on the link to request access, and it should be fine.
