I want to get All the billing data for one of my Azure subscriptions, and download that data as a excel file.

I know that I can go to "Cost Management + Billing" and download all of cost and billing data, from there.

But I cant seem to find the data I need. I did it once a month ago but can't do it again.

I want the billing data for the entire subscription, not just some resource or group of the subscription.

my previous excel file had the following rows: "InvoiceSectionName AccountName AccountOwnerId SubscriptionId SubscriptionName ResourceGroup ResourceLocation Date ProductName MeterCategory MeterSubCategory MeterId MeterName MeterRegion UnitOfMeasure Quantity EffectivePrice CostInBillingCurrency CostCenter ConsumedService ResourceId Tags OfferId AdditionalInfo ServiceInfo1 ServiceInfo2 ResourceName ReservationId ReservationName UnitPrice ProductOrderId ProductOrderName Term PublisherType PublisherName ChargeType Frequency PricingModel AvailabilityZone BillingAccountId BillingAccountName BillingCurrencyCode BillingPeriodStartDate BillingPeriodEndDate BillingProfileId BillingProfileName InvoiceSectionId IsAzureCreditEligible PartNumber PayGPrice PlanName ServiceFamily CostAllocationRuleName benefitId benefitName"

I again need something with all these rows or headers
