Hola, estoy intentando utilizar un laptop que no usaba desde hace meses, necesito recuperar unos archivos que tengo en el disco duro.

Una vez encendido, cuando ingreso mi usuario y contrasena me aparece un mensaje de error "We can't sign in to your account" dice que se soluciona deslogeandose y volviendo a logear, pero me sigue presewntando el mismo mensaje.

El inconveniente es que no me permite ver los archivos que tenia en el disco con el file explorer.

Que me sugieren que haga?

    You might be logged into a different account hence you cannot see the files on this account.

    If you try to sign in to Windows and receive the error message, "We can't sign in to your account", or you see an action center notification saying “You’ve been signed in with a temporary profile,” Windows will create a temporary profile and sign you in to that one.
