Our security team want all our users to access the O365/Azure portals via our corporate proxy. My initial requirements if for users to be able to access the MyApps portal to see their apps and also to use the combined registration process. Obviously where are many URIs under the hood in the portal app itself but them landing URLs appear to be:

  1. https://myapplications.microsoft.com/
  2. https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
  3. https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

Looking at this link it appears it would cover all of these. That said, I'm wondering if I should just be creating a rule for all services as per the managed endpoints listing? Otherwise it seems things might get messy fast!

The general recommendation, included in the article you linked to above, is to bypass proxy for O365 traffic. I'd strongly suggest you stick to that.

If you insist on using a list, you'll probably need to add https://myprofile.microsoft.com/, https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/r/#/profile, https://myaccess.microsoft.com/, https://www.office.com/apps and probably few others...
