Zimbra Contact format

Hello

Zimbra Mail Suite files have tgz extension, like pst for Outlook.

Inside, there are contacts saved in a strange format with .meta extension.

Anyone knows what's this format? And if there's a code/ open source component to parse them? If not, commercial SDK is also good. a sample:
