Can't Access Certain Parts of Azure

Question

I seem to only be able to access certain parts of the Azure portal. I keep hitting this screen whenever I try to access (for example) Resource Groups:

I can access Azure Active Directory without issue, however.

I have Global Admin rights in O365 and my colleague with the same permissions is able to access these sections. We can't seem to find a difference in our access levels.

Would anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening? Is there a permission or a licence I should have to access this?

Thank you for reaching out. I suspect that your account currently does not have elevated access to Azure resources. I would suggest you to please elevate your access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups. You can perform this by following steps mentioned on following article: Elevate access for a Global Administrator.

You need to get access on subscription level.

Search subscription - IAM - Add your user and you can choose role what you need.

Subcription owners can give you access.
