What is recommended while deploying Win32 and LOB apps via Intune from these options "All Users or All devices or both" because I have tried all together and sometimes app deployment fails? So what is the correct way which will install the apps on devices without any issue?

or

Does it really makes any difference if we select both options together while deploying?

@Vinod Survase Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

If you deploy apps to "All users", only this tenant's Azure AD users signed in this device can see these apps.

If you deploy apps to "All devices", these apps are installed in the device, Azure AD users and local users all can see these apps.

For deployment failure issue, it is needed to troubleshoot one by one. There is no method to guarantee that app deployment will be 100% successful. Maybe some issues are from intune and maybe some issues are from device itself.
