I am trying to move a Static web site from GoDaddy to Azure while doing this process I am unable to perform the redirection.

One of them used to fail. So, I went which Cloud Flair for custom domain redirection in which I am getting the CNAME Record is invalid. invalid error,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    You informed us that you have taken the domain in GoDaddy and earlier your website was hosted in GoDaddy itself and now you are moving to azure.

    And wanted to know what's the best way to do it so you can have minimal dependencies.

    I suggested that if your site is in Azure or you are planning to migrate to Azure, then it's better to use Azure DNS Zones.

    This should help you with easy custom domain updates and even Apex domain

    You confirmed this issue has been now resolved :)
