Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client? if so, what about opening external links on your web mail?

If possible, please provide a screenshot of it for our better research. (To avoid your privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)
On the other hand, in order to further confirm if the issue is related to your current computer, it's suggested that you could add your account to the Outlook in other computer and try to open the external links to check if there're any differences.

2023-06-02T11:15:17.3566667+00:00 I encountered a problem with the Outlook Desktop Client on one of my machines. When I clicked on a link in an email, it did not open the browser, but showed me an error pop-up instead. This function worked fine on other machines, so I wonder what caused the issue on this one. This is the only machine in the company that has this problem, and it persists even when I switch to another Windows user with a different email account.
