Region pairing

Hi,

We have an Azure setup in East US. We also have the same in West US 3. We are now told that East US is not paired with Wets US 3. Upon research I can see that some information is that East US is paired with West US 2, while some state East US is paired with West US 3. Can you please tell me which region East US is paired with?
