Viewing a shared folder

Good evening,

I'm having issues viewing a folder that was shared with me. I have no issues accessing the folder on my laptop but cant even see the folder using my phone. I've tried the outlook application, outlook on the safari browser, and my mail folder on my iphone. I've attached a screen shot of my folders on my laptop. I cant see the folder labeled "support" anywhere but my laptop.
