Can I access a pdf version of Office VBA reference

I teach in ICT in Corrections in Australia and students do not have access to the internet so I would like a pdf version of the Office VBA reference. Does anyone know how I can access?

    You can download Office 2013 VBA Documentation from here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40326

    But these files are .chm so after downloading you need to convert them to PDF format via .chm to pdf converter.
