All 3 instances of my web app have been unhealthy for the past 3 days. I am on Basic B1 plan, and I have scaled out to 3 instances. However, all of them are unhealthy. Despite restarting and refreshing these instances, they remain unhealthy.

    @shane lee Can you please try scaling back in to one instance (or however many you were using originally) and then scale up to something like a standard S1 instance?

    If this does not work, are you able to redeploy your site files? My concern is that if scaling up to S1 does not work, it could be that your site files have become corrupted and thus copying corrupted files from one instance to another instance would not work.
