    Hello there,

Outlook can't correctly retrieve the delegate information from the local free/busy object in the mailbox. This issue may occur after the manager's or delegate's mailbox is moved to a new forest.

To resolve this issue, set a new temporary delegate in the manager's mailbox by using Outlook Web App (OWA) to force updating of the local free/busy object. To do this, follow these steps from here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/outlook-issues/cannot-view-outlook-delegates-page

Hope this resolves your Query !!

    Hi @66829648

To narrow down the question, I wonder how he granted permission?

According to your description, the reason may be that only delegate permissions are granted, but folder permissions are not granted.

You can enable folder visibility by following these steps:

    1. Opens the Folder Permissions dialog box for the mailbox folder.
    2. On the Permissions tab, press Add... button to add the people you want to grant mailbox access to.
    3. In the Permissions Level, enable the Folder Visible permission.

Consider using the New Outlook app. The steps to delegate email access are slightly different. You need to follow these steps:

1.Navigate to Mail and right click your email address in the left folder pane.

2.Select Add shared folder or mailbox.

3.Enter the name or email address of the person who shared the mailbox with you in the dialog box and click Add.

4.The shared mailbox appears under the Shared with me on the left.
