Hi!
I just got access to Azure OpenAI services. I'm trying to use Azure AI Studio to test out my subscription, but it looks like something's wrong - I can't even use the official GUI because I keep getting an "Acess denied due to invalid subscription key" error, as on the image below.
I created a deployment and did everything by the book. Is there something I'm missing?

Same error here. MSDN subscription. Created both gpt and text-davinci deployments. Chat and Completions playground have similar errors

Same error for Azure OpenAI studio trying 3.5 turbo chat. I've been trying for 3 weeks in two environments to get Azure OpenAI working and have yet to.

We are still experiencing the same issue in our tenancy. Issue with API keys as well as rate limits being throttled, even though we are way within the default rate limit. Have raised a support ticket.

Azure OpenAI Studio is now working on a second machine and on Chrome in incognito mode.
Azure OpenAI Studio is still not working with the same error on my primary machine Chrome or Edge browser that I was using when I posted my previous message.
It started working after a few hours, so it looks like all I had to do was wait. I'd be cool if Azure communicated it better, though

It's been almost 20 hours on my end. So it's still an issue. Are there any notifications or alerts for server uptime either, regarding this service.
I just refreshed the browser after searching the problem for about 10 min ;-)

Hey guys, I need some help here, I am not getting any luck so far, I have already granted my test account following permission, clear cache from browser and also tried on Chrome, Edge.
IAM > Storage Account contributor
IAM > Cognitive Search Service contributor
but I am still getting this error while trying to upload files for indexing
