Deactivate DHCP mac address filtering for only one scope

Hello everyone.

I have a DHCP server (2016), I have around twenty different dhcp scopes ( each with it's proper subnet). Each of its scopes has a mac address filter strategy. Only PCs whose mac address is entered can obtain an IP. The strategies are applied at the level of each scope.

I would like to disable this strategy for only one scope (which corresponds to WIFI). But it doesn't work. if I disable the strategy of the desired scope, I don't get any IP. If I reactivate the strategy, it works. I would like to deactivate this on scope because it's a wifi that is used by technicians to update smartphones

This feature enabled restriction of network access to DHCP clients based on their MAC address. Network Administrators can filter the assigning of IP addresses from the DHCP server on the basis of MAC addresses.
