I have lost my microsoft authenticator app phone

I can sign in to my work office account, but when I navigate to my account, and then update security information, I am prompted with a microsoft authenticator response. I have since lost the microsoft authenticator phone. My work have their own onelogin MFA setup which has been reset successfully, but I am still prompted with this microsoft authenticator prompt which I can only imagine is going to the old phone.

    Hi,

    It seems the MFA will require a reset for your account within the Tesco AD tenant, you will need to contact your sys admin to get it reset so you can reconfigure to the new phone.

    Hello Andrew,

    your administrator can reset your MFA enrollment on Microsoft 365, so that on your next login you would register your new Authenticator.
