¿Cómo puedo activar un Microsoft Office 365 preinstalado?

Hola, recientemente he comprado un nuevo ordenador y en la ficha del producto me decía que incluía Microsoft 365, pero al encenderlo y hacer uso de el me dice que no está activo y no tengo el codigo. Al hablar a la tienda me dicen que se encuentra preinstalado, sin más. ¿Como hago para activar Microsoft 365 en su versión preinstalada?

    Many sellers install office as a free trial or subscription but the documentation for your purchase to spell it out one way of another.

    Could you please tell me what operating system you are using?

    If your operating system is Windows, please refer to the following.

    1. Make sure that the Windows of the computer has been activated normally.
    2. Log in to your Microsoft account.
      If you don't have your own Microsoft account, please click ‘Create Account’ next to it. Enter your own mailbox then set the password (Note: please don’t forget your password).
      If you could not get to the login interface, go to Office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup.

    More information, you may refer to Activate Office that's pre-installed on a new Windows 10 device.

    Follow the prompts on screen, if Office activate successfully you will see that Office has been activated in File>Account>Product Information.

    Besides,

    • Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
    • Right-click an Office application and run Office as administrator.
    • Check if the computer's date, time, and time zone is correct.
    • Check the firewall and antivirus software.
      Is there any third-party security software on the computer? If yes, please check whether it has been updated to the latest or try to temporarily exit this security software.
