When you are ready, register on an exam's details page. During the scheduling process, you can choose whether to take the exam at a local testing center or online. Local testing centers provide a secure testing environment, while proctored online exams offer flexible scheduling and the ability to take the exam in the comfort of your home or office. Microsoft partners with several exam vendors to provide certification exams for different types of candidates.
For most exams, you will know your results within minutes. However, it can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in your Learn profile on the Certifications tab. For more information on exam results and how to access them, see Exam Scoring and Results Reports.
Please note the following: If you took a beta exam or scheduled your exam through Certiport, a provider of exams for educators and learners, exam results may display at different times.
