Issue with multiple notification on subscrition

Question

Hello, im using the notifications / subscriptions system to know when there are some CRUD on calendar's events of my users.

Thing is, i set up a webhook (on integromat) and i receive duplicate notifications which is terrible since I update the database accordin to this.

Is there anything i can do like filter or something ?
