At first everything was going well, I downloaded a couple things. But I was getting confused, so I decided to eliminate everything and restart the process. And this appears now.
Can I get back to normal?

You can first, uninstall everything, delete the Sql Server folder from the C:/Program Files, restart the machine. After this, download again the Express installer and try to install it again.
View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files for more details about the error & cause.
