DCDIAG - Azure VM DC Failing Advertising Test

I am trying to migrate DC's to DFS, but I cannot prep an Azure VM DC. I believe the issue to be with the server failing to advertise. Thoughts?

I'd check the domain controller has own static ip address plus loopback (127.0.0.1) listed for DNS and no others such as router or public DNS.

Thanks for the suggestion, but don't think that is going to work, as this DC is not a DNS server.
