I had 2 factor authentication activated on my account and yesterday tried use data gateway it wants me insert 2 numbers on the authenticator on my phone - there is no place to insert the numbers then it asks for a code, the code that app gives is 8 numbers but the code is only 6 - I switched off 2 factor authentication but the same process happens
