No three dots in Cloud Shell, how do I add or show?

I am using attempting to complete the Microsoft Soft Challenge for AI. I have instructions that indicated once I add my Key and Endpoint to click on the three dots and hit save, then exit. These three dots does not exist in my Cloud Shell. I am unsure if there is a way to "show/hide", however I am sure it is affecting my results.
