Problem logging into newly created developer sandbox

I created a Microsoft developer sandbox using my Microsoft account. I received an email, titled: "our Microsoft 365 developer instant sandbox is ready"

When I click on the link in the email, I land on a dashboard page. When I follow the "Go To Subscription" link, it redirects me to a login page with the admin user's username auto-populated.

Problem: Login unsuccessful with the admin user. It says: "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin."

I've done this twice during the past week, creating a new sandbox with two different Microsoft accounts, and I get the same error every time. As a result, I cannot use my newly created sandbox environment.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi @Juha Koivula,

I would suggest you can clean the caches and cookies of the browser or change a browser and reopen the browser to retry sign-in. Also try to use a different network environment.

If this issue still persists, contact Microsoft support via calling a customer service phone number in your country and let them help you check if your developer tenants were created successfully.
