Conditional Access Device filtering - Access to Azure DevOps with a non registered PC

Question

Hi all,

there was a depreciation in Conditional Access
Since that we have to use the Device Filtering

But, for some developpers outside a Tenant, using a computer that is not Azure registered (and not Hybrid Azure AD Domain Joined), it is possible to access Azure DevOps?

If yes, how can I configure the Conditional Access for that?

You can allow access to those resources to your users by making exceptions in your conditional access policy.
