    Hello there,

in order to check the device identification.

we need to ensure that what kind of error codes are there. that is showing to you.?

is the secondary device is working or not.?

it is showing in the device manager.?

It's possible your hardware is failing. This is most common with any hardware with moving parts.

Click on Start Menu and search for troubleshoot. Click on Troubleshooting from the search item.

Click View All link in the left panel. It will open all the troubleshooting menu.

Find Hardware and Devices in the list and click on it. It will start Hardware and Devices Troubleshooting.

Click Next to start the process.

    and check the results.

    And see if it helps,

    Thank you
