Usually the org info should be an input box, but here is a string leading to I cannot change it, please check the attached picture. This name is not that I wanted, it was generated automatically after I set up developer sandbox.

I was looking for an answer to the same situation/scenario.
I found this:
Try going to Admin center> Azure Active directory > Overview > Properties > There may be an option for you to change your name there. This will take effect around 24 hours later

Thanks for your information, This method is effective.
Alternatively, I found the microsoft official app "Microsoft 365 Admin" is also helpful in this case. And this method does not require logging into Azure. It is very weird why the same configuration has different interfaces.
