Hi,
This scenario that you are facing occurs when two OS have been installed in your PC.
To check this, try accessing Run command by pressing the Windows key + R from the desktop screen.
Type msconfig and hit the Enter key. The System Configuration window will launch, and click the Boot tab.
You should see that Windows 10 Current OS; Default OS, but if you see more than that, try deleting the other OS that you see, keeping the Current and Default OS. Click OK, restart your PC, and see if the issue persists.
