Hi, I am new to Azure. I would like to know where I can look for the settings for logging retention. It is not the one in "Usage and estimated costs" and not in "Tables". Someone told me it is in the "Portal settings" but I do not see it. Please help to guide me there if you know where it is. Thank you!

There exist multiple types of Platform Logs in Azure Monitor.
Settings for Resource logs can be set at the Log Analytics Workspace resource:
