USB dongle doesn't working on windows

Question

Hi everyone

I have a USB dongle of roboDK company.

When i plugin the usb dongle to my computer it is not working(in another computer it is working very well), the windows doesn't recognize him.

I reset the USB port, now the BIOS recognize the USB dongle but as windows startup the USB dongle stop to be recognized(the light of USB dongle turn off) .

Another USB dongles are working well.

Anyone have any idea or solution to this problem?

You may check this USB dongle on other system.

If other USB dongles are working except this one then there may be an issue with it.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly let us know: 1.If the USB Port is reset after reboot 2.If you tried to plug the USB in other port 3.If the Windows OS versions are same between working machine and non-working machine. Meanwhile, you can try to boot the windows machine in security boot mode to avoid any 3rdparty software or antivirus interaction. Best regards, Hania Lian
