SUP sync fails on product Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/ Office LTSC

Question

Hi,

I have just added the the product: Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/ Office LTSC to my SUP , but the sync fails:

No errors in the WSUScrtl log WSUS server is working as expected, and these URLS have been whitelisted:

**.microsoft.com,
*.msocdn.com,
*.office.com,
*.office.net,
.onmicrosoft.com,
officecdn.microsoft.com,
officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net.

Does anyone know why the sync fails? It does this error for all 365 updates

Not sure why this comes up "Login failed for user 'domain\sccmwsus'." as the error goes away when i remove the product, but reappears when i add the product back in

Just checking if you are using a disconnected environment?

The metadata for Microsoft 365 Apps updates come from both the internet and an Office API which can be problematic for disconnected environments.
