SharePoint Issue Tracker - Can you prevent /block other employees from seeing questions submitted by others?

I have an issue tracker in SharePoint for my team members but I would like to set it up (or change the settings) so that they can't see each others questions/issues that were submitted.

I know you can change the settings for viewing/editing but I don't see anything to change the settings so that they can't see whom submitted which issue/question.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

    Hi @BusinessOwner13,

Thank you for posting in the community.

I would like to confirm with you if the issue tracker you mentioned is an issue tracking app in SharePoint or a Power Apps.

    User's image

If it is an issue tracking app, then I would like to advise you to create a default view:

1, Go to List Settings->View->Create View.

    User's image

2, Set this view as a default view.

    User's image

3, Add a filter: Created by is equal to [me].

    User's image

Here is the result of my test: jinwei can't see the issue which is created by Karley.

If it is a Power Apps, then I suggest you go to this Power Apps Community for more help. Thank you for your cooperation and tolerance.

Thanks for this information, which is very helpful. If I change the view to filter it as suggested as above, that will work when others access it, but I still want to be able to see everything that was submitted. So essentially, I'm looking for it to not allow others to see what others posted but still allow me to see everything submitted.

    Any insight?

Does this mean I have to change my own view every single time? That defeats the purpose of changing the settings. I want it so I can see everything, but external users invited to the page cannot see others' posts. Please let me know.
