Hi,

I know that application catalog does not exists anymore. Is there anyway to provide the users all in the company available applications? I know I can do that with deploy to user collection as approval, but it is the solution I am looking for. What I wan to have is the following option on the software center:

A rider on the left site for example like "more Application"

appcatalog

Or is there a third party tools?

Regards

Nick

    Hello Nick,

The Application Catalog roles have been deprecated in the recent ConfigMgr releases, however, you can still deploy an application to a user's collection with 'available' deployment type. The same for email approbation, you will find more details in the following documentation:

For the Software Center tab, you can customize it under Client Settings, see my following blog:

    Hi, @PerserPolis-1732

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Yes, there are still ways to provide users with a list of available applications in your company through SCCM. One way to do this with SCCM is by deploying applications as "Available" to user collections, and users can browse the Software Center and install apps they need.

Rather than using the approval method that you mentioned, you can give users access to more applications by making them "featured" and encouraging users to use them. SCCM administrators can mark apps as "featured," and they will show up in the "Featured" tab in Software Center for users to browse. This feature is currently only available for "User Available" apps.

Also, admins can make the Featured tab of Software Center as the default tab from Client Settings.1
