My PC Windows10 internet connection suddenly not working. Status of network saying 'You're connected to the internet' but cannot browse or no internet at all. Network troubleshooting said 'Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding.

Previously the problem begin when suddenly no internet connection and tried to find why, I found note from McAfee that they block DNS server from my internet provider because of one reason. Next, I tried to disable mcAfee, still no internet and finally I uninstall mcAfee, still same, no internet. Disable Windows Firewall also means nothing, still no internet.

Here detail of ipconfig:

details in ipconfig

These are what I already tried:

  • Both wifi or built-in LAN connection status able to connect but no internet connection. Tried with other usb wifi dongle and usb to LAN connection were same, no internet. Other computer or cellphone have no problem with wifi of LAN connection to internet. So the problem is from my PC?
  • PING to router (192.168.1.1) on normal mode or safe mode returned general failure.
  • Tried to flush DNS, disable ipv6, Network Reset, all still same no internet

Another bad news is I don't have restore point on my PC. Need suggestion how to solve this, please. Thank you.
