Hello! In short, we want to provide workstations in case employees haven't brought their own laptops. To optimize IT services, we need to run temporary user profiles on the workstation's laptop so that the data from the previous user doesn't affect the next employee who uses it. How can we do this?

Are you using Active Directory or Azure AD?
In general, you need to create multiple user accounts and set password and each user would only have access to their own data.
