How do I automate my Teams Excel file to my Desktop excel file

Question

My team have individual reporting sheets that they fill in on a daily basis. I have an identical copy of these sheets (desktop excel) which I copy and paste their report to, which goes into a master excel file to show the teams results.

Question is, how do I get their real time report synced to my desktop excel file? There are 12 people, each on an individual excel file sheet.

MS Teams has an ability to integrate with OneDrive to synchronize folders and files to your local computer:

Step 1: Go to a folder that you would like to sync to your computer

Step 2: Open the folder in SharePoint

Step 3:Sync the folder in OneDrive
