    If the server was deleted within 5 days, then it will be possible to restore. But if it passed 5 days then the only way will be to create a support ticket. We don't store the backups after 5 days. The reason we ask to open a support ticket is by chance if the backup deletion job has not run yet, we may be able to locate the backup and help restore but it is best effort and no guarantees. We only retain backup for 5 days after server deletion so we cannot provide an API for restoring beyond 5 days as backup file may not exist.
