based upon the information provided
it seems that the files in the windows seems to be corrupted.
lets take a reset to the pc with keep files safe
for that:
To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started. Then, select Keep my files, choose cloud
and wait for the reset
