Widows update boot loop

Question

Its has been putting me in a boot loop for a while now and I have to boot the computer in safe mode for it to work and it wont always come on so im wanting to figure out a fix permanently

based upon the information provided

it seems that the files in the windows seems to be corrupted.

lets take a reset to the pc with keep files safe

for that:

To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started. Then, select Keep my files, choose cloud

and wait for the reset
