These errors indicate issues with the certificate:

The selected certificate is a self-signed certificate, which means it is not signed by a trusted certificate authority. It is not recommended to continue using a self-signed certificate as it may pose security risks.

The certificate name "localhost" does not match the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the host "DESKTOP-IGIUBK4". SQL Server requires the certificate name to match the host name for proper usage.
