Hi All

I am using exchange 2016 Hybrid environment. i have a team channel and it has a email address ******@amer.teams.ms. I have created a mail contact ******@contoso.com in exchange onprem pointing to ******@amer.teams.ms. When i trigger an email from my external id to ******@contoso.com i am not getting any email but if i trigger to ******@amer.teams.ms from external email i am getting messages posted on teams. i have deleted the contact ******@contoso.com from onprem and created in online i am not getting any email from internal or external when triggered to ******@contoso.com. please guide me.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell,

    Did the sender receive any NDR messages?

    If you check message trace in Exchange Admin Center, would you see the recipient email address was first resolved to ******@amer.teams.ms, then there is another event showing status as Delivered?
