visual studio code always reopen a crashed-window which file has already deleted

Question

last time I was open a big log file and it crashed, so I give up and delete that file, but strange thing happen: every time I open visual studio code, that window just pop up and repeat that crashed-down, I have been uninstall and reinstall for many many time and it just not work with my Mac, and I also try to delete cache file, same thing happen, it is really annoying, can somebody help me?
