Regarding other features, right now, some of the OpenAI features within Azure Cognitive Search are being offered as invite only. This stage is called private preview. The next step would be to open the features as public preview, which should allow the features to become available to everyone. The caveat here is that we do not recommend customers to use public preview features in production environments as the features are still maturing in both stability and features. After that, the feature will move into General Availability (GA).
