Deployment profile in Windows Autopilot not showing any device

We have an autopilot deployment profile for all devices selected but when we go to it and look at the assigned devices, it doesn't show any device.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

1.Please check if the profile status actually shows "not assigned" under Devices > Enroll devices > Windows enrollment > Devices.

2.Please try to create a device group and some devices in this group. Then test if you can assign the autopilot profile successfully.
