I am unable to access Microsoft 365 Admin Center because I purchased my Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy

GoDaddy intercepts all my attempts to log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. All functionality offered there, including intiating MS 365 support requests, viewing Microsoft Volume Licenses, etc., are all unavailable. Microsoft will not entertain Microsoft 365 support requests initiated any other way, therefore no support. (I tried and created three PAID support requests. All denied.) I also can no longer find my clients volume license keys for their Microsoft products. Is there another way to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?

Have you opened a ticket/phoned GoDaddy support to explain your situation? What have they stated?

I've spoken with multiple GoDaddy reps and received the same response: "Nothing we can do." My only recourse at this point is move my services away from GoDaddy and take the financial loss. Live and learn. Our company email is broken and we can't get support from either GoDaddy or Microsoft. I've opened multiple PAID support incidents with Microsoft only to have them rejected because they were not submitted through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I've spent well over 10 hours on the phone going through a myriad of MS phone numbers, all to no avail.

Microsoft called me back and confirmed there is no way to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They also confirmed that because we had purchased our Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy they could offer no email/Exchange support. Case closed.

You can download the office365 admin center app on your mobile or tablet and login as the user that has global admin right. This will bypass the godaddy admin center and gives you full access. Create an unlicensed new user with the onmicrosoft.com domain, give global admin access to that account. This allows you to access the admin center from the web portal again and bypasses the godaddy portal.
