Hi @TAMILOLI M Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft forum. Thank you for posting the question here.

The error indicates that the user with which you are trying to access Azure Time series explorer might not have access to the Time series environment. Please refer to the resource Grant data access to an environment which provides the steps needed to provide access to a user to Time series environment.

While granting data access to the environment, you can opt either of the following roles to the user based on your use case.

Select Contributor if you want to allow the user to change reference data and share saved queries and perspectives with other users of the environment.

    • Otherwise, select Reader to allow the user to query data in the environment and save personal, not shared, queries in the environment.

After assigning the access, you should be able to view the data without any issues. Please also refer to the resource Add an event hub event source to your Azure Time Series Insights environment to find the steps you would need to establish a connection between the Azure Event Hub and Time series Insights.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.
