Looks like you are using New Outlook for Windows. Based on my test in New Outlook, i didn't find the similar option ("Capitalize first letter of sentences" in Legacy Outlook) to auto capitalize the 1st letter. I'm afraid it's not available in New Outlook. It's suggested that you could turn off New Outlook button to switch to Legacy Outlook to use this feature.
