Hello,
Only volume license on Windows 10 can expire, while retail or OEM license won't expire. So it seems that volume license was installed on your system. If you're not part of any organization, this license is not for you. For your personal system, you need to buy a genuine retail or OEM license and activate your system with that to get this issue resolved.
Regards.
Your laptop may use KMS activation, after bought by you, it cannot contact previous KMS server for activation so Windows shows expired.
In order to activated it, you need a valid Windows 10 license or an accessible KMS server.
